@ Ol Karia Geothermal Plant

Kenya Generating Company, KENGEN's Ol-Karia IV power plant is seen above from a vantagepoint. The company produces 80% of Kenya's power through geothermal, wind, hydro and thermal energy sources. Geothermal now accounts for more than 50% of electricity consumed by Kenyans.

Mr. Albert Mugo, CEO KENGEN (right), with Management of Africa - MUA, PhD in Leadership & Management candidates will graciously mentor youth within the setting of the Ol Karia Geothermal project.
The location is near the lakeside town of Naivasha, approximately 90 kilometers north Nairobi (see google map below). This is the 8th-largest in the world with an installed steam power capacity of 579MW, ahead of giant economies such as Japan, Russia, China and Germany.
The Mentors include PhD in Leadership & Management candidates, Management University of Africa - MUA, as well as AKAD Peer Mentors.
